The Budgets & Alerts section helps you monitor and control your cloud spending through automated tracking, notifications, and anomaly detection. It provides tools to set financial limits, detect unusual cost patterns, and stay informed about your commitments across cloud providers.
This section includes three main pages:
- Budgets: Define and track cost budgets across your cloud environments. Budgets help you stay within your financial targets by visualizing spend trends and sending notifications when thresholds are reached.
- Anomaly Alerts: Automatically detect unusual changes in spending patterns. Cloudchipr continuously analyzes your cost data and notifies you when anomalies are detected, helping you act quickly and prevent overspending.
- Commitment Alerts: Monitor your reserved instances and savings plans to ensure optimal commitment utilization. Alerts notify you when usage drops, commitments expire, or new opportunities for optimization appear.
