When you find a resource you want your team to pay attention to, you can send a message or create tickets directly from the Cloudchipr resources page.

Slack

Here is how to Inform the team about a resource and send a message via Slack.

1. Select the relevant account in the Live Usage & Management section.

2. Choose the resource you wish to notify your team about.

3. Click on the Actions button and select Send Slack

4. A pop-up window will appear. Here, you can select the Slack conversation to which you want to send the message and customize the message template, including adding links as needed.
